A robust Faith Formation program is available for preschool through high school students.

Many activities are available to involve children and youth in outreach and service to others. Some of these activities are imbedded into the Sunday morning faith formation program while others are separate.

C.R.E.W. (Christians Ready, Equipped and Willing)
Grades 3 - 5

Kids C.R.E.W. recognize the need in the world and the power to respond to that need with God's grace (and a little elbow grease). This group meets periodically to work on fun projects in service to our communities, our Church, our neighborhood, and our world.

Junior Youth Service Group 
Grades 6 - 8


These students actively participate in community service projects throughout the Church School year led by various volunteers. Church membership is not required.

High School Youth Group
Grades 9 - 12

Senior High School students plan special trips and activities that include social, educational and service functions. Church membership is not required

Intergenerational Events 

Watch our weekly Newsletter for our September Homecoming picnic (Celebration Sunday), Advent Experience with live nativity, Lenten Journey  and other family events.

Scholarships 

The Parish Life Committee awards the Centennial Scholarship and the Forshay-Riesenman Scholarship annually to graduating seniors who are members of the Glen Ridge Congregational Church and display Christian ideals and service.
